Class Descriptions
Our classes support children as they grow, move, and gain confidence through playful, age-appropriate experiences. Each program is designed to meet kids where they are, encouraging exploration, coordination, and a love of movement. With thoughtful guidance, children build a strong foundation for confident, capable movement.
Wonder Wigglers
(6–12 months)
Wonder Wigglers will get babies moving toward key developmental milestones for ages 6–12 months. This stage focuses on early movement foundations during a time when babies are happiest exploring on the floor.
Through guided, playful floor-based activities, your baby will work on reaching, rolling, pushing through hands and feet, weight-bearing, and preparing for crawling and standing. These early gross motor skills build strength, coordination, and body awareness before walking begins.
With caregiver support woven throughout, this class nurtures confidence through connection and playful discovery, creating a strong foundation for future movement milestones.
Little Movers 1
(13 - 18 months)
Little Movers 1 supports toddlers as they move toward early walking and balance milestones for ages 13–18 months. This stage is designed to help new movers feel steady, capable, and curious.
Using playful, structured movement experiences, your child will practice walking with control, climbing, stopping and starting, carrying objects, and maintaining balance. These gross motor milestones help toddlers understand how their bodies move in space.
Caregivers actively participate and learn how to support movement through play at home. This stage prepares your child for early running, jumping, and more independent exploration.
Little Movers 2

Through fun, guided play, your child will practice early running patterns, gentle jumping, rolling, kicking, and introductory ball play while developing balance and body control. These gross motor skills support smoother, more confident movement.
Caregivers remain involved as partners in play. This cohort prepares your child for more dynamic movement and growing independence in the next stage.
Little Movers 3
(2 years)
Little Movers 3 supports two-year-olds as they move toward more complex gross motor milestones. This stage focuses on combining strength, balance, and coordination with growing independence.
Using playful progressions and movement challenges, your child will work on running, jumping, climbing, kicking, and rolling while developing spatial awareness and control. Skills are introduced through repetition and exploration so movement begins to feel natural.
Caregivers stay nearby while children practice more independently. This cohort bridges toddler movement into preschool-ready skills and prepares your child for more structured group play.
